Account Manager – Client Services - dgmAustralia

dgm Account Managers have at least 2-3 years account management experience ideally in digital media. A good understanding of Affiliate Marketing and Search Engine Marketing is preferred.

Most important attributes are a willingness to learn, ambition and a proven client services record. Excellent communication and problem solving skills and an analytical nature and experience using excel to a high level is also important.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, you must be able to spot opportunities and extract value for both the client and employer. This can include but is not limited to cross selling other products and increasing current client investment levels.

You will be working with a client list which includes some of world’s largest companies along with Australia’s leading brands.

The role manages a number of accounts with the following key responsibilities;

  • Ability to build and maintain outstanding client and agency relationships
  • Identify opportunities for cross sell of other agency products
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
  • Ability to deliver results within set timescales
  • Work within a team to drive profitability and revenue

If you are energetic and motivated for success you will fit in well to this young and dynamic company. Tertiary qualifications and technical knowledge will be highly regarded.
